Mt Lofty gave me some wonderful foundations and opportunities for both my career and sport that no other local school could have offered. I had a lot of fun being involved with musicals as a dancer too.
Started at Mt Lofty high school in 1973, repeated year 10 in 1976 and finished year 12 in 1978 and was a school prefect in 1978 and form captain of 12D in the same year.
I was in 8B, 9C1, 10C1 and had Miss Savage as my English teacher for grades 11 and 12. I repeated year 12 in 1978. I had some great friends and teachers during my time at Mt Lofty.
Great High School where teachers cared for students and actually taught relevant subjects in a fun way. I loved my time at the school and made many lifetime friends. I went straight from East State school to TSHS with very little effort and then to University. Loved the facilities available at the time.
